"Recent service visit was frustrating"
I just had my bike in for service recently, the experience left a bad impression. The wait was way longer than I expected, and after finally getting it back, the bike still doesn’t feel right. Maybe this was just a rough day for them, but based on my latest visit, the service department definitely needs some work

"Pretty smooth shipping, minor wait"
I ordered from barnettharley.com and, the shipping was about what I expected from places like this. They sent the tracking info quickly, which usually makes me assume everything is moving along fine, and the package arrived in good shape. It did show up a day later than I was thinking it would, but that wasn’t a huge deal for me. I’d order from them again, though I probably wouldn’t count on it if I needed something right away.

"I felt reassured knowing the price upfront"
I was a little worried there might be extra fees added at the end, but the price was clearly shown from the start. No weird surprises or anything, which made me feel a lot more comfortable going through with it.

"Good parts selection, shipping was alright"
I was able to find the filter, grips, and a couple small accesories I needed without hunting around too much. One thing ended up being backordered, but they emailed me quick about it, so it wasnt really a big deal.

"So Many Bikes, It Was Almost Overwhelming"
I wasn’t ready for how many bikes they had listed. It felt like I had stumbled into a whole Harley universe in one place. I could compare a bunch of options without bouncing around to a million other sites, which made the whole search way less stressful. It really helped me narrow down what I actually wanted.

"Really good customer service"
I called in with a couple questions before ordering and they were really helpful. I don’t remember who I talked to, but they were super friendly and didn’t rush me or make it awkward. Everything got sorted quickly, so yeah, really appreciated it

The bike itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But the sales process felt kind of pushy and awkward. Maybe they were trying to hit a quota or something, I don’t know, but it definitely felt like they wanted me to make a decision fast instead of just letting me look around and think it over

"Financing took longer than expected"
The financing ended up going through, but it was slower than I expected. I had to check in a couple of times, and at first some of the details weren’t explained very clearly. I’m always a little skeptical when customer service says they’ll “get back to me,” so I didn’t feel totally comfortable just waiting around. It worked out in the end, but the whole thing could’ve been a lot smoother.
